What to expect
You will be sent out a brief and easy questionnaire to complete prior to your first appointment.
At the appointment we will cover an initial enquiry about your current state of health, any issues of concern to you, and a physical health assessment.
Then we will review any recent blood results you have to hand, plan if any further testing is needed, and make a plan with you about how to start improving your health.
Referrals to other experienced practitioners to support you in your journey (nutritionist, exercise physiologist, health coach, psychologist) are also available if needed.
-
Yes, you should continue to see your usual GP for any acute, chronic or unplanned health issues. I do not provide prescriptions for your regular medications. I do provide assessment support for you to change your lifestyle in order to prevent and reverse chronic disease, and am happy to update your family GP as needed.
-
Most people will need 1-2 follow up appointments, but this may vary depending on your individual circumstances and needs.
-
Payment is expected on the day of your appointment, either by online direct payment into our account prior to your appointment, or at the consult itself via VISA or MASTERCARD contactless payment. EFTPOS facilities are not available.
